Due to demand, all spa bookings and vouchers must be pre-booked either as a hotel or day guest. We cannot guarantee treatments or entry to the spa if you turn up even if staying in the hotel without any treatments pre-booked. Full payment is required either over the phone or in person to secure a booking.
