Course Slopes – new ratings 01.04.24

Safety : Please ensure that you wear appropriate footwear, avoid walking on slopes and adhere to all safety notices. Never hit a ball in the direction of staff or other golfers. All buggies must be driven as per safety notices in carts and avoid driving on slopes or uneven ground. Please report any near misses or safety concerns to the golf shop.

Annual Maintenance : We have two planned maintenance weeks in August & September, although we will change this subject to requirements and course conditions.   2025 COURSE MAINTENANCE – EAST SUSSEX NATIONAL GOLF CLUB

Buggies : All vehicles have GPS tracking for the users safety and to avoid damage to the golf courses, buggies have restricted access to tees & approaches to the greens and must remain on paths at all times on Par 3’s.

VISITORS – Buggies must be booked via email to following email address. teebook@eastsussexnational.co.uk

Own use vehicles are not permitted.

Pace of Play : Play will become slower if buggies are restricted to paths only. Our starters & marshals will endevor to keep play moving, but this is always subject to configuration of groups and standard of play. Please try and keep up with the group in front.

Tees: All visitors will be invited to play from “white tees”, which is traditionally our forward tee. However, if you wish to play from alternative tees, please contact the Golf Operations Manager prior to booking golf@eastsussexnational.co.uk

Dress Code: Smart, clean golfing attire is to be worn at all times with appropriate footwear in all areas, including the Club House Ryder Bar. Short socks are permitted with shorts designed for golf. Golf Academy/practice areas golf attire is also required, no jeans, tracksuits or football shirts.

Alcohol : is not permitted on the golf course.

Dogs: East Sussex National Golf Club operates a no dog policy.

Driving Range: Tokens are £5.00 (approx 35 balls).
