The Lynx Roundall Conference Centre is East Sussex National’s purpose-built conference hub, six interlinked suites that work individually or together, all with natural daylight and direct catering access. Unlike a typical single conference room, it gives you complete flexibility to scale from an intimate meeting for 10 to a multi-stream conference for 440, all within one dedicated conference centre in East Sussex. AV equipment is available to hire through our recommended local suppliers, and our events team will be happy to help.
Extremely flexible. The Lynx Roundall can be set up in theatre (200), banquet (180), classroom (120) and cabaret (120) layouts. The six interlinking suites can be opened individually or in any combination, ideal for events that need breakout rooms, parallel sessions or a mix of plenary and small-group formats throughout the day.

All six suites (Lynx Roundall, Hogan, Faldo, Palmer, Nicklaus and Woods) can be used in any combination, allowing you to run parallel sessions, breakout workshops and syndicate groups simultaneously.
