It has its own private entrance, a dedicated pre-function reception area, direct access to the Sussex Lounge and Bird Cage Lawn, dedicated catering facilities and full AV hire available throughout. Your event runs entirely within one seamless space, with no need to share facilities with other guests or events.

Yes, the National Suite has direct access to the Bird Cage Lawn and the wider East Sussex National grounds. This outdoor event space is perfect for pre-dinner drinks receptions, team building activities, outdoor dining and summer events. Set within a 1,100-acre Sussex countryside estate, it offers an outdoor experience unlike anything a city centre venue can provide.
East Sussex National is approximately 50 miles south of London, with easy access via the M25 and A22, and just 30 minutes from Gatwick Airport. With over 400 free parking spaces on site and direct rail links to Uckfield, the National Suite is one of the most accessible large event venues in East Sussex for delegates travelling from London and across the South East.
