Available to hotel guests, the Health Club also offers its own individual membership packages. So, whether you’re enjoying a break with us or you enjoy a full-time membership, you can take advantage of our excellent facilities.
The equipment used in each of our 50 exercise stations and free weight sections have been supplied by MATRIX, Europe’s leading provider of stylish,
comfortable, and easy-to-use gym equipment.

Guest & Member Safety
Sometimes equipment and services such as jacuzzi, steam room and sauna have to put out of order which we will only do as a last resort to protect the welfare and safety of our members and guests.
As a hotel guest the health and leisure club is a complementary service with no monetary value and refunds cannot be given for events out of our control with having to close services.

Membership Fees
Horsted Health Club Membership:
£77 per month with £50 joining fee. £847 annually with £50 joining fee – That’s 12 months for the price of 11!

For all new membership subscriptions, there will be a compulsory membership fee of £50. This cost includes a full gym induction to help you achieve your health and fitness goals, as well as our expert Fitness Team on hand to support as you need – whether a check in following your induction, or to a create a bespoke Personal Training programme (additional PT charges apply). You’ll also receive a Health Club welcome pack to make sure you’re all set for your health and fitness journey with us.

Fully Fitted Gym
East Sussex National’s brand new gym, spin studio, as well as its very own HYROX studio and classes are now open!
Our gym is fully equipped with the latest Matrix Fitness equipment. We have free weights areas, running, step and rowing machines, cardio equipment, fixed weight machines and a fitness rig with 5 stations that are great for functional training.

Swimming Pool
Enjoy a leisurely swim in our twenty-metre pool. Relax and unwind in the sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi.
We offer all of our guests:
Aqua-aerobics, poolside relaxation area, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.
Children under 16yrs who are staying in the hotel are welcome to use the swimming pool during the following sessions:
Friday: 3:00pm-5:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00am-12:00pm & 2:00pm-4:00pm
Children’s swim times are subject to change at the discretion of the Health Club Manager. Bank Holiday restrictions may apply.
Please note the swimming pool will be restricted to one lane due to Aqua Aerobics Classes at the following times:
- Tuesday, 10:30-11:15
- Wednesday, 09:15-10:00
- Thursday, 10:30-11:15
- Friday, 09:15-10:00

Membership is fully inclusive of all fitness classes.

HYROX classes
Hyrox is THE endurance circuit race taking the world by storm! Our Hyrox affiliated classes combine cardio and strength stations, to emulate and give a taster of the infamous Hyrox event! All fitness levels and abilities are welcome.

Our dedicated and experienced Health Club team understand that not everyone wants to train in the same way.
Whatever your reason or goal for starting your health and fitness journey, our in-house, fully qualified Personal Trainers can support you with tailor made fitness programmes and nutritional guidance, as well bringing their own unique motivation, to help your progress stay on top.
