Competition Terms & Conditions 

• The prize is to win an ‘Breakfast, Overnight Stay & Rhassoul Treatment for Two’ at East Sussex National.
• The prize includes one night accommodation in a classic bedroom, breakfast the following morning and the “Rhassoul” treatment for two.
• The Rhassoul experience includes self- application mud cleansing and exfoliating, relaxation on heated mosaic chairs whilst the room fills with herbal steam for 20 minutes.
• The prize must be redeemed between Monday – Thursday.
• Dates of redemption are subject to availability.
• Entrant’s must ‘Like’ and ‘comment’ with why they think they should win and share to their ‘story.’
• The competition will run between the 20th of April 2023 and the 1st of May 2023.
• The competition winner will be drawn entirely at random within three days of the competition closure date.
• The competition excludes entries from Countrywide Hotels employees and East Sussex National employees and their immediate family (parents/children/siblings).
• If the winner wishes to upgrade the prize and upgrade the accommodation, they must agree this with the hotel directly and settle any additional expenditure prior to the stay date. Any additional expenses that occur during the event must be settled before departure.
• All East Sussex National accommodation and spa terms and conditions apply.
• The prize will be non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
• By entering, you are opting into allowing Countrywide Hotels and East Sussex National to retain your data.
